One Counseling is hiring! The practice is growing at a fast pace and in need of a counselor/ therapist immediately. One Counseling was founded by Coral Pidone in 2022 who specializes in couples and family therapy as well as sexual issues. The practice roughly does half individual therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorder, vaginismus and half couples therapy for infidelity, communication issues or recurring conflict.

We are currently open for part-time positions with the possibility of full-time. We are looking for a LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist who is motivated to build their caseload. Ideally, One Counseling is looking for someone with at least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, working with individuals and/or couples. The hours and days for this position have flexibility in the daytime or evening (virtually) or weekends if preferred.

One Counseling has grown in a faster rate than expected since opening late 2022 and would love to hire a talented therapist to continue growing this practice. We take care of marketing, billing, credentialing other administrative tasks so you can focus on your clients.

Therapist responsibilities include:

• Clinical evaluation assessments
• Coordination of care services
• Documentation (therapy session notes, treatment plans, coordinating care with other professionals)
• Continue clinical training to build skill set and knowledge
